Ordering, payment, and inspection
Placing an order requires full payment at the time the order is submitted. We hold that payment securely while the item is delivered. Once the equipment arrives, you have a 10-day inspection period to confirm it meets your expectations before the sale is finalized.

Returns and refunds
If you decide not to keep an item during the 10-day inspection period, contact us to arrange a return. Pickup is provided at no cost to you, and a full refund is issued after the item is returned in its original condition, typically within 24 hours of pickup. If the inspection period ends and the item has not been returned, the sale is finalized and payment is processed.
Shipping and delivery
We handle our own trucking, which allows us to offer shipping at $0.80 per mile. Delivery timing depends on distance, route, and equipment availability; we will provide an estimate before your order is confirmed.
